Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
- Pre-Move-In Preparation: Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for our new residents.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to residents' needs and requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Emergency Response: Assist in responding to resident emergencies, providing support and care in times of need.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our team's goals.
Requirements:
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and management.
