Job Title: Press Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team at Nelson Global Products. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met while upholding safety principles and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
  • Read and understand blueprints and work instructions
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other special equipment within the department
  • Clean and inspect completed parts
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year of manufacturing or production experience (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds and stand, bend, reach, and walk for at least 10 hours
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
What We Offer:
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus and $750 referral bonus
  • $2.00 night shift premium and a 4-10 hour work week
