Job Title: Bakery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Specialist to join our team at Fat Cardinal Provisions. As a key member of our bakery staff, you will be responsible for opening and closing the bakery some mornings and evenings, baking fresh menu items, setting out the pastries and preparing pastries and other baked goods for the following day.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of previous experience in a bakery environment. You should be skilled in traditional baking techniques and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to presentation and quality control. Experience with cake decorating is a plus, but not required. Examples of your work may be requested as part of the application process.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
