Account Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Kelii Mawae - State Farm Agent team. As an integral part of our daily business operations, you will play a vital role in driving customer success and growing our agency through meaningful relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting policy reviews, and providing recommendations to clients. You will also establish customer relationships, follow up with customers as needed, and use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options.

In addition, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing relevant products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you can expect:
