We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at GP Mobile, an authorized T-Mobile retailer.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

You will work closely with our team to explore individual needs, provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, and become skilled with and consistently use digital tools in interactions and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
