To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred. Prior experience in a clinical setting or school environment is a plus. You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
