Medical Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Process cash postings accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with SDS posting standards
- Access Payer Explanation of Benefits for accurate posting
- Identify and address any issues or concerns in the cash posting process
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Review and process credit balances due to insurance/customer
Requirements
- 1-3 years of medical posting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized schooling or on-the-job education
