Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
  • Extensive background supporting all aspects of sound acquisition planning, including industry day, market research, source selection planning, and contract negotiation.
  • Working level knowledge in the preparation of LOA data, including manpower requirements, utilizing mandated systems, including SAMRS and DSAMS.
  • Capability and willingness to travel overseas to potentially hazardous locations.
  • Knowledge and experience in executing programs with prime contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers from foreign countries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a professional engineering discipline from an accredited educational program and at least 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Active Secret Security clearance.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of FMS programs.
