Certification Requirements

Job Details
  • Position: Registered Nurse, Oncology
  • Clinic: BMT Clinic - 8 hr Variable Days
  • Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours
  • Shift Schedule: 8 hr Variable Days (No 10hr Shifts), with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 6:30 PM, depending on operational needs
  • Primary Location: BMT Clinic
  • Unit Focus: Outpatient Clinic specializing in Myeloma, Lymphoma, and Leukemia
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Bone Marrow Transplant & chemotherapy administration
  • Preferred Background: RN with general oncology infusion or BMT experience
  • Skillset: Proficient in infusions, supportive care, port access, line care, lab draws, and detail-oriented
  • Charting System: Familiarity with EPIC (within the last 6 months)
  • Desired Attributes: A compassionate, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and positive individual committed to fostering an ideal work environment and delivering high-quality patient care
Contract Information
  • Contract Duration: 12 weeks
  • Shift Flexibility: 8 hr Variable Days, based on operational needs
  • Orientation: Hours not guaranteed during orientation week or when the unit is closed
  • Weekend/Holiday Duties: None required
  • Scrub Colors: Navy
