About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flexibility and Mobility Expert to join our team at StretchLab Waco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through our proprietary Flexologist TM training program.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about wellness, stretching, and mobility, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive membership growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Certified Flexologist or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Sports Medicine
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
