- Administer Treatments and Medications: Safely and effectively administer individualized treatments and medications
- Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop personalized care plans
- Set Up Medical Equipment: Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored
- Communicate with Residents and Family Members: Clearly and compassionately communicate with residents and family members
- Meet with Physicians and Healthcare Staff: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff as needed
- Collect and Analyze Lab Samples: Safely collect and analyze lab samples
- Document Interventions and Medical Histories: Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
- Investigate Incidents: Thoroughly investigate incidents and ensure accurate reporting
- Train and Supervise Nursing Staff: Train and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Current Pennsylvania State License: Practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an Approved Nursing Program: Meet the educational requirements for nursing licensure
- Experience in Post-Acute Care or In-Patient Hospital Settings: At least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
