Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

• Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to maintain a clean and tidy space.
• Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
• Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
