Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan documents, including real estate loans, collateralized loans, and insurance policies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and members to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan documents.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the lending department to ensure seamless processing of loan documents and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to loan documents, including lien perfection procedures and FDI lien filing errors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all loan documents, including insurance policies and cancellations.
  • Research: Conduct research and retrieve member documents as requested by various departments.
  • Subpoena Processing: Process all subpoena documents received in a timely and efficient manner.
  • File Room Management: Maintain oversight of lending department cabinets in the file room.
