- Assess and evaluate speech, language and/or hearing disorders in patients' homes.
- Determine and recommend corrective treatment plans to physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify speech, language or hearing disorders.
- Participate in case management conferences to coordinate therapy programs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits, progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Successful completion of National Registration Examination.
- Minimum one year full-time paid experience in speech therapy.
