Position: BAS/BMS Controls Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and commissioning of BAS/BMS systems.
  • Conduct start-up procedures, system testing, diagnostics, and commissioning for both new installations and retrofitting projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation or commercial HVAC control systems.
  • Fieldwork is required approximately 80% of the time.
  • Familiarity with BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or comparable technologies.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Knowledge of DX Units and/or VRF systems
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara systems
  • Proficiency in HVAC controls programming
