We have an exciting assignment for a 13-week travel position at a free-standing clinic in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require physical therapy for orthopedic conditions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal outcomes. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to address patient goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate regularly with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid Pennsylvania state license or willingness to obtain licensure
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package

Please note that compensation is based on an estimated taxable wage range of $23-$40 per hour, with additional reimbursement for meal, incidental, and housing expenses. The total weekly compensation package is estimated to be $1,200-$3,100 per week (based on 40 hours/week), which may vary depending on individual circumstances.
