Faculty Position in Family Medicine at WellSpan Health

WellSpan Health is seeking a dedicated Faculty Member to join our esteemed Family Medicine residency program in York, Pennsylvania. As a core faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice and teach full-spectrum family medicine to 24 residents, with a preference for obstetrics
- Participate in outpatient care at Thomas Hart Family Practice, with three half-day sessions per week
- Precept residents in two to three half-day sessions per week, providing guidance and mentorship
- Contribute to inpatient service approximately every seven weeks, ensuring seamless care transitions
- Develop and implement high-quality educational curriculum and experiential rotations, aligning with ACGME requirements and innovative family medicine topics
Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in ABFM or AOBFM
- Prior experience as a core faculty member is preferred, but not required
