Role Overview

  • Oversee the maintenance and service functions for a thriving community of residential units.
  • Lead a committed team to uphold exceptional standards of property upkeep, aesthetic appeal, and resident satisfaction.
  • Make informed decisions, manage budgets efficiently, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.

Key Duties

  • Exhibit strong leadership and accountability in all maintenance-related activities.
  • Proactively address challenges, manage expenditures, and strategize for future requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to streamline schedules and task assignments.
  • Emphasize asset preservation and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Provide technical knowledge in HVAC systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical services, and other maintenance disciplines.
  • Work in conjunction with the Community Manager to guarantee smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in EPA and CPO.
  • Expertise in HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle, necessary tools, and availability for emergency on-call responsibilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
