About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Therapy Partners Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain control of their lives and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Exercise professional judgment to implement effective treatment combinations.
  • Evaluate and report on patient progress.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.

  • Ability to provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
