Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our team at Micro Tech Staffing Group in West Boylston. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling new metal forms using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products to meet product specifications
• Install and repair various equipment and components to ensure optimal performance
• Follow engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy and quality
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications and ensure compliance
• Conduct quality control tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment
