As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our subscription-based business. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics and models that drive our economic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement methods to optimize our service packages and prices
- Forecast our subscriber base and their value to Cambly
- Build and maintain key financial metrics
- Collaborate with our data team to set processes and culture for a technically rigorous data organization
- 4+ years of industry experience and a Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research)
- Experience with machine learning and forecasting techniques, as well as a deep understanding of ML lifecycle best practices
- Ability to design and build metrics from conception to data pipeline implementation
- Expertise in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R) and SQL
- Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
- Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $190,000 USD
