Job Title: Barista Specialist

Nekter Juice Bar is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Barista Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while providing a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean equipment and work areas to Nekter Juice Bar standards.
  • Stock supplies on an ongoing basis.
  • Clean and maintain customer access areas, including the front area, restrooms, parking lot, and any other area to Nekter Juice Bar standards.
  • Serve all Nekter Juice Bar products to specifications.

Requirements:
  • High school degree preferred.
  • Food Handler card provided prior to employment.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours).
  • Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Benefits include flexible scheduling and paid training.
