Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreational Therapist to join our team at Hill Crest Behavioral Health. As a Recreational Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recreational therapy programs for patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recreational therapy programs for patients with mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide recreational therapy services to patients, including group and individual sessions
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recreational therapy, preferably in an in-patient setting
  • Current CTRS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
