About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Co-Manager at Little Caesars. As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Manage and train a team of employees to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
• Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and utilities, to ensure profitability.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other managers and staff to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume, quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
