About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Capital One as a Process Transformation Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence. As a key member of our Commercial Client Operations team, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of process improvement experience, and at least 3 years of experience managing project teams and deliverables.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience with data mining and analytical software, and 2+ years of experience in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma Certification, Lean, Change Management or Agile certification.
