Job Title: RPA Developer

Altius Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages, as well as experience with process analysis and design methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and design RPA solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement RPA bots using industry-leading RPA tools, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve RPA solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in RPA development and implementation, with proficiency in at least one RPA tool.
  • Strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages, such as Python or.NET.
  • Experience with process analysis and design methodologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with RPA implementation in a regulated environment, such as healthcare or pharmaceutical.
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based RPA platforms.
