Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Certified to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Certified, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Room and exit patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete all provider referrals for each patient
- Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physicians' order; perform venipuncture
- Assist the medical provider with charting office visits; ensuring communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination
- Must have a Washington State MA-Certificate or possess an MA-Interim License and pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period
- Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and is required to maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment
- EPIC experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.39
- Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, and EAP
