Novant Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage our Triage program. As a Triage RN Program Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Triage team, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on acute and/or chronic-care management. A current RN license for all states in the NH footprint is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Triage processes and procedures
  • Lead and coach Triage team members to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Five years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, ambulatory, or community settings
  • Current RN license for all states in the NH footprint

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
