About the RoleThe Clinical Staff Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality, individualized patient care based on the Watson Model of Care. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care
