About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Producer to join our team at We Are Social, a creative agency that thrives on social connections and delivers culturally relevant campaigns for top brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, with experience in delivering integrated program deliverables, including content, IRL, and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Take ownership of assigned production projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Create timelines, estimate creative lift, book and manage resources, and ensure efficient use of agency and freelance resources.
  • Budget Management: Manage production budgets and reconcile jobs, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Travel and On-Site Work: Physically attend shoots and travel up to 25% of the time, as required.
  • Pre- and Post-Production: Own pre- and post-production workflows for always-on content initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts and Finance teams to properly reconcile production and post-production phases.
Requirements
  • Production Experience: Demonstrable experience working on a wide variety of marketing and content deliverable types, preferably within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Agency Knowledge: Familiarity with agency turn-around times and ways of working, with a good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive nature and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple project assignments at once.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and positive attitude.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and plugged in to social content trends, with a willingness to propose innovative solutions.
