Position Summary: The Inventory Control Specialist plays a crucial role in managing incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders, and ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate internal stakeholders. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to improving operational processes.   • Leverage ERP systems to execute daily tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to established protocols for receiving shipments, ensuring items correspond with purchase orders, and confirming complete deliveries.
  • Facilitate prompt and efficient distribution of goods to internal departments while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support the purchasing team with various tasks as required.
  • Follow receiving and purchasing procedures to guarantee financial accuracy.
