Mixologist Coordinator

The Bartender position at Bourbon & Bones Lounge requires a professional who can create an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

1. Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages as ordered.
2. Ensure fruit and other garnishes are prepared and stocked ahead of the opening of the bar.
3. Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, making recommendations on drinks that complement their meal.
4. Upsell and promote menu items, including suggesting wine pairing and recommending dishes that complement specific drinks.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale bar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers.
• Familiarity with different mixing techniques, garnishes, and glassware.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
