Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements
  • Valid CPR license
  • Experience with EMR software preferred
  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
