Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students in Ohio. As a member of our virtual team, you will work remotely, leveraging our state-of-the-art virtual toolkit and supported by our clinical and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations for students with diverse needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of each student's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of each student, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to students, promoting social-emotional growth, and helping students develop essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student success, ensuring a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of services provided, ensuring transparency and accountability in our services.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical applications.
  • Valid Ohio state licensure as a School Psychologist, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to students.
  • Proficiency with telepractice technology, with a willingness to adapt to new platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative virtual network.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
