Automotive Paint Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of paint robot systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain paint standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide technical expertise in paint robot operations, including equipment installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to review and approve paint standards, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, ensuring successful project execution and team collaboration.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with 5-10 years of relevant experience in low viscosity paint robot systems.
- Strong knowledge of paint standards, including OSHA, PSHSR, ISO/NFPA, CSA, and ANSI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
