Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Resorts World Las Vegas. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our high-volume nightclub environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and comps, through our POS system.
  • Maintain knowledge of all retail offerings and suggestively sell to guests.
  • Control and manage guest checked-in belongings through a ticketing system.
  • Handle all payments and ensure accurate accounting of all bar monies.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of POS systems.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a day club or nightclub.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • At least one year of previous cash handling experience in a similar or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain the following:
    • Alcohol Awareness Card
    • Food Handling Card
    • Nevada Gaming Registration
