Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed Registered Nurse to join our team, focusing on delivering outstanding service to our residents. In this role, you will be integral in managing resident care and guiding staff to uphold our high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing and adhering to individual health care plans while administering treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Administering injections and conducting in-house testing procedures, along with monitoring and recording vital signs.
  • Conducting thorough rounds of all residents, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring accurate documentation of visits.
  • Maintaining up-to-date health care plans and documenting any significant changes in resident conditions.
  • Overseeing the duties of nursing aides, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with care standards.
  • Managing the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitoring medication orders and refills, and ensuring proper documentation of all administered doses.
  • Directing charting activities during your shift and reviewing all resident documentation for compliance with facility policies.
  • Identifying and responding to significant changes in resident health, in coordination with the Director of Nursing.
  • Supervising dietary services and addressing any ongoing issues with the appropriate medical staff.
  • Engaging professionally with resident families, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Completing focused assessments and discharge documentation in a timely manner.
  • Managing resident disputes or behavioral issues to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to foster strong working relationships.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A degree from an accredited nursing program and a valid nursing license.
  • Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
