Key Responsibilities:

  • Alteryx Server Environment Management: Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain the Alteryx Server environment to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Alteryx Server to ensure secure and efficient access to the platform.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues related to Alteryx to ensure minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for the Alteryx platform to ensure business continuity.
  • Documentation and Version Control: Create and maintain documentation for Alteryx workflows and maintain the workflows in a version control system to ensure version history and collaboration.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to users on Alteryx functionality and best practices to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Governance and Standards: Assist with the development and implementation of Alteryx governance policies and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Data Connections: Develop and maintain data connections between Alteryx and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Environment Rationalization: Rationalize collections, consolidate workflows, and upgrade the environment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing Alteryx in a Windows Server environment.
  • Alteryx Knowledge: Good understanding of Alteryx Workflow optimization and best practices.
  • Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and as a team, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
