We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations. Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate is a proactive, analytical, and driven professional with a robust background in finance and accounting. They should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience across various accounting roles, including month-end financial reporting, process optimization, and cash flow management. Experience in managing invoicing processes, accounting entries, and bank account reconciliations is essential. A solid grasp of tax compliance and legal obligations is also required.
Key Responsibilities

As the Accounting Manager, the selected individual will be tasked with:
  • Supervising and directing all accounting functions, including payroll processing, accruals, payments, month-end close activities, expense management, supplier invoicing, and collections.
  • Guaranteeing timely and accurate month-end financial reporting, reconciliations, and comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancements in accounting processes and systems.
  • Overseeing cash flow management and nurturing strong relationships with banking partners.
  • Coordinating the processing and verification of invoices, alongside managing showroom invoicing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax filings and legal standards.
  • Partnering with management to devise financial strategies that contribute to the company's growth in the US market.
Qualifications

The requirements for the Accounting Manager role include:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, emphasizing month-end reporting, process management, and cash flow oversight.
  • Experience in managing invoicing processes and accounting entries.
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and legal obligations.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
