EEG Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled EEG Technician to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka. As an EEG Technician, you will be responsible for performing standard and complex electroencephalographic recordings under the direction of the Manager and in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies.

• Perform standard and complex electroencephalographic recordings as directed
• Participate in activities to ensure efficient operations of neurodiagnostic exams
• Provide clinical orientation and training as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

• National Certification from American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 2 years of clinical experience

• Specialized 2-year training
• Bachelor's Degree
• Coursework in physical science, neuroanatomy, and electroencephalography
