Overview
Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Physician / Internal Medicine professional to join our team in Southeastern Massachusetts. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Work-Life Balance
We offer a 7-on and 7-off schedule, with alternating blocks between two hospitals. This allows for a great work-life balance and minimizes the need for overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Hospitalist in a 160-provider, physician-owned multispecialty group.
- Participate in a team-based approach to patient care, with a focus on patient satisfaction, teamwork, and efficient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
