Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain Paramedic to join our team at AirLife EMS. As a Captain Paramedic, you will be responsible for leading our paramedic team and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Solve problems with the crew and crisis management
  • Handle interagency requests or disputes
  • Manage last-minute scheduling requests and coverage
  • Coordinate operational shift needs
  • Report momentous events or occurrences
  • Ensure a safe working environment for providers
  • Complete shift paperwork needs
  • Keep the Chief Paramedic informed of issues, needs, and status
Requirements
  • Driver's License
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Maintains Insurable driving record
  • Current Colorado State Paramedic Certification or License
  • Colorado State EMD certification preferred
  • Current ACLS
  • Current National Registry Certification
  • Current CPR
  • Three years of advanced life support ambulance experience
