Remodeler Expert

Compensation: $27-$33/hour based on experience and certifications.

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast St. Louis, MO. As a Lead Remodeler, you will be responsible for leading exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.

• Lead exterior construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Select and evaluate materials for defects, adhering to code requirements.
• Frame room additions as needed for clients, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

• 1+ years' experience in finish carpentry, with additional 1+ years' experience in rough carpentry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw, and jigsaw.
• Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Knowledge of lumber grades and countertop materials.
