The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of administrative experience, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management, and have the ability to engage creatively with both youth and the community.
Fluency in Spanish and prior experience working with young individuals are advantageous.
This role necessitates the capacity to think quickly, foster positive relationships with youth, and successfully pass background checks, including drug tests, criminal records, and driving history.
The successful applicant must hold a valid driver's license, be eligible for insurance under the company’s policy, and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
