About the Role

This is a full-time position in Norwich, CT, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Nurse Practitioner FNP, you will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. You will also be expected to perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
  • Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
  • Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, such as Spanish, depending on the market.
