The Role of a Guest Advocate

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests. This includes greeting them warmly, observing their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also be expected to scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and safely.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and must remain focused and composed while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes. You will have the opportunity to learn about our tools, products, and services and use this knowledge to solve issues for our guests and improve their experience.

In addition to your responsibilities, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
  • Stock supplies during store hours
  • Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
