We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pastry Artisan to create high-quality laminated dough products. The successful candidate will have prior kitchen or bakery experience, strong knowledge of baking techniques, and excellent attention to detail.

• Create consistent, high-quality laminated dough products that meet our standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production
• Develop expertise in pastry techniques, particularly dough lamination and mixing
• Stay informed about seasonal pastry offerings and contribute ideas for new products

• Prior kitchen or bakery experience, preferably in pastry production
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including lamination, proofing, mixing, and finishing
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in producing high-quality results
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours, lift heavy ingredients, and perform repetitive tasks
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness practices
• Creativity and passion for pastry, with a willingness to learn and improve techniques
