We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse Specialist for our NICU team in Seattle, Washington.

About the Role:

This is a 13-week contract position, requiring a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of recent experience in their specialty and be willing to adapt to new environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill neonates and their families.
  • Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive $104,000 - $122,000 per year salary package, based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week, including tax-free stipend amounts.
