Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with our orthopedic providers to accurately and timely document patient information, ensuring seamless communication and efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely chart patient history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, lab and test results, consultations with other providers, diagnoses, orders, follow-up treatment and/or instructions, prescriptions, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our orthopedic providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our electronic health record system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Education or experience in Medical Assisting, Athletic Training, or Medical Transcribing.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Work Schedule

Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Staff manage their 40 hours over the 5 days.
