Job Summary:

At Jamie Tharpe Trucking Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL driver to join our team. As a Class A CDL driver, you will be responsible for hauling no-touch freight across 48 states, with a consistent average of 2500 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull dry van no-touch freight OTR across 48 states
  • 100% no-touch freight with no forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs

Benefits:

  • Average weekly pay of $1400 - $1500 or more
  • Full benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 401K, vacation, and holiday pay
  • Top-of-line 2021 or newer tractors, Kenworth or Freightliner, fully equipped with a refrigerator, APU, watt inverter, TV mount, and microwave mount
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • OTR 48 states with no forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs
  • No Fleet Manager, Support team available 24/7
  • Detention Pay
  • Layover and breakdown pay
  • Rider Policy
  • Pet Policy
  • 50-60% drop and hook, and 40-50% live unload
  • Referral program

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of experience in the last 36 months

Application Process:

  • Phone interview to determine if you are qualified for this Class A CDL driving position
  • Complete all necessary paperwork
  • Attend orientation, travel, hotel, and meals are covered
  • Orientation pay of $100 per day across the 3-day process
